Returns & Exchanges

We offer returns for all full-priced items within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in original condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings and swimwear cannot be returned unless faulty.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your garments in their original packaging, ensuring all Ksubi tags and branded labels remain intact.

• 3.
  Ship Your Package

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then drop the parcel off at any Australia Post location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
